We pay rent on time, manage all guest turnover, cover maintenance, and provide comprehensive insurance. We’re not a casual tenant listing on Airbnb — we’re a professional operator with long-term agreements, high standards, and complete transparency.
Who stays in the property?
We host carefully vetted professionals, including corporate travellers, healthcare staff, and families relocating for work. These guests are respectful, responsible, and often require medium-term stays that align perfectly with the homes we manage.
What’s included in your service?
We offer an all-inclusive, hands-free management experience. That includes furnishing, guest vetting, booking management, professional cleaning, 24/7 guest support, and maintenance — with the first $1,000 of any repairs covered by us. We also handle all utilities, and every home is fully insured for both liability and property coverage.
What about insurance?
Stravista carries comprehensive public liability and damage insurance. In addition, landlords remain protected under their own landlord insurance policies. We also provide guest damage protection and coverage for major incidents — giving homeowners total peace of mind.
Do you pay the full rent amount?
Yes — we pay the full agreed rent, on time, every time, for the entire lease term, regardless of how many nights the property is booked. To landlords and agents, we function like a reliable long-term tenant, with the added benefit of professional upkeep, consistent cleanliness, and a strong commitment to maintaining each property to premium standards.
What’s the benefit for the agent?
You lease the property faster and avoid staging, viewings, or repeat inspections. More importantly, we become the kind of long-term tenant agents love — reliable, communicative, and ready to scale. Once we’ve partnered on one property, future leases become seamless: no re-screening, no haggling, and no delays. As soon as a tenancy ends, we’re ready to step in. Plus, agents earn a $1,000 onboarding commission for every successful lease.

We find guests through a combination of direct bookings and carefully curated platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. Every guest is personally vetted — not just by us, but also through a third-party verification partner. Our screening process includes digital background checks, AI-powered ID verification, and fraud detection. Most of our guests are professionals who value comfort and reliability, and treat the properties with the same care they would their own home. And to back that up, all bookings are covered by guest damage insurance for added protection.
